All plum wines are handcrafted throughout the entire brewing process, with no machinery, no additives, and no diluted bottoms. Through passion, ingenuity and creativity, Tin Shing Umeshu develops and brews a wide range of plum wine flavors. The various flavors of plum wine are hand-brewed every year, and we make an appointment with our soulmates to meet when the plum wine is matured.
