Delivery to Home or Office Address / SF Locker Pick Up

• We only deliver to Hong Kong addresses.
• For orders with purchase less than HK$350 (before applying any promotion code and/or deducting Cash Dollar), the shipping fee is HK$60 (for the first 3.5kg) or HK$160 (for more than 3.5kg).
• Standard delivery in approximately 3-5 working days upon order confirmation.
• If customers want to make changes to an order that is being processed, please contact us at cs@louder.hk. However, acceptance of changes cannot be guaranteed if the parcel has been dispatched.

Store Pick-up (only available at LOUDER@The LOHAS branch)

• Customers may choose "LOUDER Store Pick-up (The LOHAS only)" as delivery method at checkout.
• "Store Pick-up" option will be free of charge regardless of the order amount.
• "Store Pick-up" is usually available in approximately 1-2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
