    Noodle Preparation.
    Boil a bowl to a bowl and a half of water (about 400cc), then put the noodles into the boiling water (the water should cover the noodles) for about two minutes until they fall apart, do not need to pass through the cold river, and then put the soup into a bowl and serve.

    *Slightly crushed during delivery.
    **The noodle will be more crunchy, but it will not affect the taste.
    ***Note that there is a natural flour flavor instead of oil flavor due to the minimal alkaline water.
