The store manager SASA, who holds an honors bachelor's degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Design Department and certified pet grooming qualifications from Hong Kong and the UK, understands the frustration of large dog owners: market clothes are either loose and shifting or lack sizes from 2XL to 9XL.
