Founded in 2020, Tin Shing Umeshu is a Hong Kong hand-made plum wine brand. All plum wines are handcrafted throughout the entire brewing process, with no machinery, no additives, and no diluted bottoms. Through passion, ingenuity and creativity, Tin Shing Umeshu develops and brews a wide range of plum wine flavors. The various flavors of plum wine are hand-brewed every year, and we make an appointment with our soulmates to meet when the plum wine is matured.
