每年豐收的新鮮梅子，與冰糖及米酒在酒酲浸泡12至18個月醞釀而成。
梅子清香，米酒清醇，清新果味酸甜香醇。容易入口又不失酒香，適合初嚐梅酒人士、聚會共享。可因應喜好加入冰塊或梳打水享用。
