Red Bean Ice Drink originally came from tea houses in Hong Kong,
which is one of the most significant dessert in Hong Kong and also
the fusion of food culture between Chinese and western.

The idea of red bean is got from dessert of Guangdong called
‘Red Bean Paste’,while the idea of ice is got from common
ice drink in western.

The bottom of the drink is the red bean paste,
while the middle is evaporated milk and final the trash ice on top.
