Incorporating 12 botanicals, this gin is a take on a classic “London Dry” with a Hong Kong twist. Using an assortment of both Eastern and Western ingredients ranging from Chinese tangerine peels, sweet almonds and a blend of classic spices, the combination is inspired by a traditional Cantonese cuisine concept known as “the balance of basic flavors" (甜酸苦辣) to create a complex, rounding and sippable spirit.
