"Players take on the roles of two types of dwarves—one group, the gold-digging dwarves, digs tunnels deeper into the mountain in search of treasure, while the other, the saboteurs, attempts to hinder their progress.
Dwarves must cooperate with their teammates from the same faction, but sometimes it's hard to tell friend from foe!
If the gold diggers successfully carve a path to the treasure, they earn gold nuggets, while the saboteurs leave empty-handed. Conversely, if the gold diggers fail, the saboteurs receive the reward! However, dwarf identities remain hidden until the gold nuggets are distributed.
After three rounds, the player with the most gold nuggets wins!
The 20th Anniversary Edition includes expansions, promo cards, and new mechanics to enhance the gameplay experience.
