It’s notoriously hard to make flounder soup from scratch, but now you can recreate professional-grade wonton noodles at home in just 5 minutes. Even our boss swears it tastes better than the noodle shops outside 😋😋
How to prepare:
- Boil 400mL of water. Once boiling, add the noodle cake and soak for 1–3 minutes depending on your preference.
Lazy method: Add 400mL hot water and the noodle cake into a bowl, microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp roe powder to a bowl, pour in 200mL hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in the flounder soup base packet.
- Add the noodles into the mixed soup and enjoy!
Shelf-stable for up to 9 months at room temperature ✨
