Each box includes E-noodles and a curry beef brisket pack!

We use generous chunks of premium brisket, carefully selected for quality, paired with our signature Hong Kong-style curry—rich, aromatic, and irresistibly flavorful.

This time, we’ve chosen E-noodles for their springy texture and excellent sauce absorption. Every bite bursts with bold curry goodness ☺️☺️

Just four easy steps to enjoy:

- Place noodles in boiling water, making sure they’re fully submerged. Cook for 1.5 to 3 minutes depending on your preference.

- Drain the hot water and transfer noodles to a plate.

- Place the curry beef brisket pack (do not open) into hot water for about 2 minutes.

- Pour the curry beef brisket sauce over the noodles, mix well, and enjoy!
