Leo Ko, a well-known bartender in Hong Kong, has just won the World Cocktail Competition 2023 for the first time in 2023, becoming the world champion and the first person in Hong Kong.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Leo Ko understands the blueprint of Hong Kong's traditional culture and uses innovative blending techniques to create a cocktail that represents the original taste of Hong Kong.

A combination of pineapple and ginger vinegar, blended with a special blend of gin and liqueur to create a "golden ratio" cocktail. In the mouth, it is a sweet and sour taste of pineapple, sweet and spicy of ginger vinegar and balsamic acetic acid in the middle. The herbal aroma and sweetness aftertastes are enhanced by gin and liqueur base, and the dense and delicate bubbles make you try the ups and downs of sweet, sour, bitter and spicy, a cocktail that cannot be missed.

Pineapple is a tropical fruit rich in dietary fiber, organic acids, vitamin B1, vitamin C, carotenoids, bromelain, calcium, potassium and a variety of minerals. The fiber of pineapple helps to promote digestion, improve metabolism, prevent constipation problems, and more.
