[Wave 1: Grab LOUDER] Additional Terms and Conditions:

•The [Wave 1: Grab LOUDER] event is only available to LOUDER members. Non-members can register for free and participate immediately.

•During the event, gift inventory will be updated at 12:00nn everyday. Gifts are available in limited quantities each day, and to be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

•Each order can only redeem one free gift.

•There is no limit on the number of orders or gift redemptions per customer during the event period; the more you buy, the more you can redeem.

•The order amount threshold for redeeming a free gift (HK$400 / $200) refers to the amount after applying any discount or promotion code, and before deducting any Cash Dollar.

•If the final order amount after applying promotion code does not meet the threshold for respective free gift redemption, the system will automatically cancel your selected free gift. No free gifts will be reissued.

•If "Transaction Unsuccessful" is displayed after payment page, customer needs to go to "My Account" > "My Orders", locate the corresponding order and select "Resume Payment" to enter the correct credit card information. Otherwise, the order including the selected free gift will be automatically cancelled by the system after one hour, and no free gifts will be reissued.

•All orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or exchanged after payment. If customer fails to redeem any free gifts before payment, no free gifts will be reissued.

•Images are for reference only; the style / color of the free gift will be distributed randomly, and the actual product shall be considered as final.

•All free gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

•All items purchased in the same order will be shipped together with the free gift to the same delivery address or arranged to be picked up at the same store.

•The [Wave 1: Grab LOUDER] event will end on November 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

•LOUDER has the right to amend any free gifts or cancel orders. LOUDER reserves the final decision on the above terms and conditions.
