Return & Exchange Policy

  • General products
  1. All orders placed at our e-shop are non-refundable.
  2. If you are not satisfied with our products, exchange of merchandise may be arranged provided you inform LOUDER Team at within 3 calendar days upon receipt of merchandise. Please indicate your order number, your exchange request details and your contact phone number in your email. Our CS Team will contact you for further arrangement.
  3. Before an exchange can be arranged, you will be required to return the unused products in its original packaging together with the original delivery note. All delivery costs involved in the exchange shall be borne by customers.
  4. We cannot accept exchange or return of opened packaging, used items, damaged items, discounted items, food & beverage, skincare, personal hygiene items, undergarment or customized products.
  5. Please do not bring any merchandise purchased from our e-shop to our physical stores for refund/ exchange unless it is requested by our CS Team.
  • Workshop
  1. No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made.
  2. Workshop will be cancelled and all payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method when Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 Signal, Red or Black Rainstorm is hoisted 2 hours before the workshop's start time.
