•    Please present the reservation receipt at the selected store to collect your order.
•    If you fail to collect the product by the designated date, the order will be automatically canceled, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
•    Before placing an order and making a payment, please ensure that the selected pickup store, pickup date, and contact information are correct.
•    The designated pick-up period for all pre-order products shall be 12 February to 16 February. LOUDER will notify customers of the pick up arrangements via WhatsApp message.
•    Once the order is confirmed, customers cannot change, cancel, or request a refund at will. LOUDER reserves the final decision on the above terms and conditions.
