Make Recycle LOUDER Terms & Conditions

1.      "Eligible Recycle" refers to products that are available for purchase at any LOUDER branches or e-Shop, and meet all of the following requirements: -

a)      Must be an entire container;

b)     Must be containers made of metal, plastic and glass only;

c)      Must be completely cleaned and dried containers with no products or water residue, and non- recyclable materials.

2.      We do not accept aerosol cans, electronic appliances, broken glasses, ceramics, mirror and food packaging.

3.      In the event that a product contains more than one types of recyclables material, it will be considered as ONE Eligible Recycle and will be rewarded ONCE only. If the eligible container consists of both metal and plastic components that are both recyclable, they should bring ALL parts of the containers in order to earn Hz rewards.

The following scenarios apply:-

Scenario 1: The member separately places the metal part and the plastic part of the containers to the designated recycling bin. After recycling, the member will receive a one-time 50 Hz reward.

Scenario 2: The member brings only the metal part of the container for recycling. The recycling will be accepted but no Hz will be rewarded.

4.      LOUDER reserves the right to reject products that have not completed “3 Steps Recycling” or contain any non-recyclable materials.

5.      Members need to approach LOUDER’s staff in physical store to register each recycling. Hz will be rewarded for Eligible Recycles only.

6.      Each eligible recycle will be rewarded 50 Hz only.

7.      The maximum reward of recycling empty containers per member is 250 Hz per month.

8.      Recycling mechanism and Hz rewards scheme per each Eligible Recycle is solely determined by LOUDER and may be changed without prior notice.

10.   LOUDER reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.

11.   In case of any dispute, LOUDER reserves the final decision right.
