An exclusive recipe developed by Mab, a local female chef who supports the local agricultural industry. The sauce is made by combining organic turmeric powder which is dried at a low temperature, together with ground black pepper, alongside Yi O garlic and ginger powder as well as Tai O shrimp skin, whitebait and shrimp roe.
Golden Salangidae Sauce is simmered at low heat until a sophisticated mix of sweetness, spiciness, freshness and saltiness is created without fishy taste.
