T&C for "Make It LOUDER" Workshops:

• Photos are for reference only.
• Workshops will be conducted in Cantonese.
• Registration is available at both LOUDER online and physical stores, and spots are limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the quota is full, registration will be closed.
• Confirmation will be sent to your email upon completion of booking with full payment.
• Please note the date, time, and venue of the workshop before booking. Once confirmed, no cancellations, refunds or changes can be made.
• Workshop will be cancelled and the payment will be fully refunded when Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 Signal, Red, or Black Rainstorm is hoisted 2 hours before the workshop's start time.
• Workshop will be cancelled and the payment will be fully refunded when classes fail to meet the minimum class size 24 hours before the workshop's start time
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop start time and present your confirmation email to the workshop instructor upon arrival.
• Participants arriving late for more than 15 minutes will not be admitted; and no refund and changes shall be made.
• No food or drink is allowed during the workshop.
• Participants are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. LOUDER is not responsible for any loss and damage.
• LOUDER reserves the right to use the photos and videos taken at the workshop for social media and marketing purposes.
• LOUDER is not liable for the products and/or services made at the workshop. For any enquiries, please contact the respective merchant.
• In case of any dispute, LOUDER reserves the right of final decision.
