Delivery to Home or Office Address / SF Locker Pick Up

• We only deliver to Hong Kong addresses
• [Grand Opening Promotion] Order of HK$350 or above, Free Delivery to single delivery address 
• Order of less than HK$350, delivery charge at HK$60 for the first 3.5 KG, and extra HK$100 over 3.5 KG
• Standard delivery in approximately 3-5 working days upon order confirmation
• If customers want to make changes to an order that is being processed, please contact us at cs@louder.hk. However, acceptance of changes cannot be guaranteed if the parcel has been dispatched.

Store Pickup

• Customers may choose to collect the online orders at the pickup counter of our LOUDER stores (except pop-up kiosk).
• Free pick up for order of any amount.
• Pick-up is usually available in approximately 1-2 working days. You will receive an email notification when you order is ready for pick up.
• It is a must to present our email notifcation when collect the order. Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by LOUDER.

LOUDER reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
