Q1) What is Hz?

A1) Hz (Herts) is the unit of sound - LOUDER's membership points. The more you buy, the LOUDER (i.e. more Hz) you will get.

Q2) How to gain Hz?

A2) For every HK$25 payment amount (net of any discount or voucher) at LOUDER e-Shop or physical stores, you will gain 10Hz. Hz will be immediately granted once payment of that transaction is proceeded. If the order is cancelled or refunded, the system will automatically withdraw the issued Hz.
